1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Digital products or downloadable content

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
